Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Qatar. 

We also ship to the UK via our Etsy. You can check us out here.

All international orders are sent with tracked shipping. 

Duties for USA and Canadian orders are calculated at checkout. 

The Crafted Journal AU is not responsible for any import duties or fees that your country charges on entry. 

All AU orders are sent with tracked shipping. AU orders over $100 are sent with free shipping. 

What is your order processing time?
Orders are packed and shipped in 7-10 days. 

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we’re unable to make changes once your order has been placed. Please make sure your shipping address and details are correct before checking out.

Order & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as we can’t modify, refund, or reship orders with incorrect addresses. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Discount codes cannot be combined. They are also unable to be applied to sale items. 

New customer and thank you discount codes are valid for one use per customer. 

Discount codes cannot be used on Mystery Boxes and Grab Bags.
